Chief Executive Aviv Sher recently stated that the alternative betting vertical could serve as a natural extension of the current brand portfolio. While no official launch has been announced, leadership views the sector as a realistic option for specific regions.

Strategic expansion plans

The potential addition of prediction markets comes during a strong financial period for the operator. The business recently upgraded financial guidance for the year after generating record revenue during the second quarter. Leadership chose to prioritize reinvestment into existing markets rather than maximizing immediate profits.

Core market challenges

Mexico and Spain continue to generate the vast majority of company revenue with strong year over year growth. However, management expressed concern regarding increasing regulatory pressure in both regions. Higher tax rates in Mexico and upcoming deposit limits in Spain present ongoing hurdles for legal operators.

Black market concerns

Company leadership also criticized the lack of enforcement against unlicensed betting sites in Spain. Sher argued that strict rules on legal brands only push customers toward unregulated alternatives. This dynamic creates a difficult environment for licensed operators and reduces potential tax collection for the government.
