How this site makes money, in plain words.
Last updated 7 September 2026
1We earn a commission
When you open an account with a bookmaker through a link on this site, that bookmaker may pay us a commission. That is how this site pays for itself.
It never costs you anything. The price you get and the offer you get are exactly the same as if you had gone to them directly.
2It does not decide the order
Our tables are sorted on our own rating and on whether a book holds a licence where you are. A bookmaker cannot pay to be higher up, and paying us does not stop us writing about what a book does badly.
Every review on this site carries a section on where that bookmaker falls short. A review with no criticism in it is a paid advert wearing a review’s clothes.
3Books we cannot link to
Some bookmakers appear on this site with no link at all, because we have no arrangement with them. We still list them, and we still say if they are good, because leaving them out would make the directory a worse tool.
4No paid tips
We do not sell tips, we do not run a private group, and we do not take money to publish a particular call.
