1Who we are and what this site is

BettingEdgeHub is an information site about betting. We publish opinions on sporting events, reviews of bookmakers, and a forum where people discuss both.

We are not a bookmaker. We do not take bets, we do not hold your money, and we have no part in any bet you place. When you sign up with a bookmaker you are dealing with that company, under their terms, not ours.

2You must be eighteen or over

This site is for adults only. By using it you confirm you are at least eighteen years old, and that you have reached the legal betting age where you live if that age is higher.

If we believe an account belongs to someone under eighteen we will close it.

3Nothing here is advice

Everything on this site is opinion and general information. It is not financial advice, it is not betting advice, and it is not a recommendation to place any particular bet.

We do not know your circumstances. You are responsible for your own decisions and for any money you lose.

4Accuracy

We work from public feeds and we try to keep everything correct, but we cannot promise that every price, fixture, licence detail or bookmaker offer on this site is accurate or current at the moment you read it.

Always check the bookmaker site itself before you act on anything you see here.

5Your account

If you create an account you must give a real email address, keep your password to yourself, and not pretend to be somebody else.

You are responsible for what is posted from your account. Do not post abuse, do not post other people’s private information, do not sell tips, and do not post affiliate links of your own.

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. We will tell you why if you ask.

6Content posted by members

Posts in the forum are written by members and are their opinions, not ours. We do not check every post before it appears.

When you post something here you keep ownership of it, and you give us permission to display it on this site.

Some threads are opened by our bot, which is labelled as a bot on every post it makes. It never pretends to be a person.

7Links to other sites

This site links to bookmakers and to other outside sites. We have no control over them and we are not responsible for their content, their terms or their conduct.

Some of those links earn us a commission. That is explained in full on our affiliate disclosure page.

8What we are not liable for

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any money you lose betting, for any loss caused by acting on something you read here, or for any period when this site is not available.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9Other people’s trade marks

Bookmaker names and logos, club badges and league names belong to their owners. We show them so you can recognise who is who. We are not claiming any connection with them and we are not endorsed by them.

10Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.
