2What we cannot help with

We have no access to your bookmaker account. If a bookmaker is holding a withdrawal, has closed your account or has refused a bonus, you need to raise it with them, and then with their regulator if they do not resolve it.

We cannot place a bet for you and we cannot tell you what to bet on.
