The online gambling industry peer group igaming leader mastermind has appointed industry veteran michael baker mosley as its new fractional chief growth officer. The organisation is led by founder and former director of retention at betvictor leo judkins. The new hire has been tasked with developing the approach to member acquisition, sales and marketing. Both leaders will attend the sbc summit lisbon later this month.
Experience in sports betting
Prior to taking on this new permanent role, baker mosley worked at business to business brands and in marketing roles across the igaming industry for several years. This included stints as marketing consultant and fractional chief marketing officer at triumph business to business, chief marketing officer of igp, and a series of brand marketing roles at sportsbook solutions firm kambi. His time at kambi culminated in a year long tenure as head of brand marketing.
The new hire is already familiar with the mastermind concept, having been a member for eighteen months and an ambassador since march two thousand and twenty six. He noted that founders and senior leaders do not have to figure everything out alone. He added that there are very few places where people can sit alongside others facing the same pressures and make decisions together.
Expanding the network
Headquartered in malta, the organisation serves as a peer to peer advisory network for executives, vice presidents and directors in the igaming space. Members use the platform to share knowledge and advice dealing with various challenges. The new corporate structure will see the founder work to enhance the core platform offering for current and future members while the new growth officer builds out the commercial engine behind it.
The founder stated that over the last few years the team has built the network into something he is proud of while believing they are only scratching the surface. He added that there is enormous potential to develop the offering further and create more opportunities for members. Work on the new projects will commence immediately before stepping up after the upcoming trade event.
Industry networking moves can influence how betting software and sportsbook brands operate behind the scenes.
