Operator software provider Evenbeter has introduced new artificial intelligence features to its back office system. The update aims to help poker and casino brands manage security, schedule tournaments, and review player activity more efficiently. Artificial intelligence is becoming a major priority for companies in the sector, with many businesses planning to adopt these technologies soon.
Better security and screening
The most notable addition is an automated screening tool that flags suspicious hands and connected accounts for human review. The system analyses hand histories from the bubble stage onward and looks for signals like shared devices. Personal identifiers such as names and Internet Protocol addresses are excluded from the process to maintain privacy.
Smarter tournament planning
Tournament teams receive a new pre launch validation tool to check proposed settings against expected participation and guarantees. The system uses historical performance data to identify weak time slots and removes them from the schedule. Demand forecasting tools also provide confidence range estimates for future cash games and tournament activity.
Improved reporting and controls
Administrators can generate lists across player and transaction data using simple text prompts instead of manual queries. Operational reports now feature automated summaries with recommended next steps for staff. Retention analytics sort players by churn risk and value while responsible gaming markers help monitor player behaviour.
Full governance for administrators
Operators keep complete control over the artificial intelligence layer through existing permission structures. Individual features can be turned on or off independently and daily request limits are fully configurable. Alexander Tamplon, the chief technology officer at Evenbeter, noted that the tools provide context and recommendations while operators keep final responsibility for all decisions.
Better operator tools for security and scheduling mean a more stable and secure betting environment for players.
